Tracy brings extensive experience across the aged care, disability, home care, and community services sectors. Having worked directly with participants, families, support workers, and care providers, she understands the skills and qualities required to succeed in the care industry.
Her passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and improving service quality inspired her to establish Right Skills College, where she is dedicated to helping students gain practical skills, confidence, and industry-ready capabilities.
Nhi Guong
